I installed Office 2007 Ultimate without Outlook. I now need Outlook 2003.
Can I just install Outlook 2003 from the Office 2003 Disk ? Will it work, or
should I start with Office 2003 first and then upgrade to office 2007 custom
without Outlook 2007 ? Thanks

Yes, but you won't be able to use Word as your mail editor and you will have
none of the integration features, like mail merge.

I thnk I'd install Office 2007 first, then add Outlook 2003.

Brian, Thanks. I will follow your advice and give it a try. I need Outlook
2003 as my company is newly rolling it out as a mail client, after I moved to
Office 2007.

The MS reccommendation is to install the older version first, then update
prior to installing later version
