Migration: Ofc 2003 to Ofc 2007 w/ Exchange Server 2003

Windows Vista Ultimate all MS updates
Office/Outlook 2007 all MS updates
Windows 2003 SBS domain-based network
Exchange Server 2003 - hosted at the office, not remotely

I'm in the process of migrating from WinXP Pro SP3/Office 2003 SP3++ to
Windows Vista Ultimate/Office/Outlook 2007. Can I just copy the *.ost and
*.pst etc. files into the appropriate directory on my new machine or is there
a conversion process?
Any gotches etc.?
TIA!

The ost-file is a cache file of your Exchange mailbox which will be
automatically recreated when you reconfigure Outlook 2007 with your Exchange
server. The pst-file can be copied to your preferred location on your new
computer (for instance \Documents\Outlook\*.pst). The connect to it in
Outlook via;
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
