Outlook 2003 and IE 6

I have office 2003 on my PC. When in IE, I went to send a
link by email and the Outlook message box did not appear.
I tried this with the send page by email option as well,
and had the same result. I do not know if this is an
Outlook problem or and IE, or both. Regardless, it does
not appear to work. Anyone else run into this?

are you having trouble sending attachments with Outlook 2003? i can't send them.
