How to prevent emails being delivered to both Outlook & Windows Ma

I have recently installed Outlook 2007 onto my Vista PC. Have managed to
successfully set up my email; I can both send and receive emails okay.
However any emails I receive appear in both my Outlook 2007 Inbox and my
Windows Mail Inbox. Is there any simple way of stopping emails going to
Windows Mail; ie using Outlook 2007 only? Any advice would be much
appreciated!!

Remove the email account from Windows Mail, and don't open it!

Don't run Windows Mail and it won't download the messages.
