Missing mail after download

Am using Outlook 2007. I have two email accounts I check when I open
Outlook, A and B. I always receive email for 'A'. when I send an email from
A to B, I receive it OK in the inbox. It used to work fine.........

Now I've noticed I don't receive emails anymore for 'B'. On the Status Bar
during Send/Receive I'll see " receiving 1 of 9, 2 of 9", etc. as the mail is
downloaded, but I don't see any emails in the inbox.

I'm a new user so I could have done something dumb to mess it up. I have no
clue where to look for them in Outlook. (I log onto the ISP and see the
emails have been downloaded). I continue to receive all emails for 'A'

Thanks for any help you can offer.......

What happens if you use a Search Folder to locate mails received from
"Account B"? What folder do they appear in?

Hi Milly,

They don't appear in any folder. My search window shows "All Mail Items"
and nothing shows up. I've used the subject line and sender (gleaned from
ISP) for the search. I've also had the ISP resend messages already
sent........still no joy.

Do you have any rules set to run on mail from that account?

Not that I'm aware of, or remember seting. Under Tools>Rules and Alerts
there is only one "Clear categories on mail". The account settings for both
accounts are identical (except for name).
