Outlook 2003: Accepting meetings

I normally accept meeting invitations on behalf of a coworker. These
requests come into my inbox and his. Should I just accept them from one
inbox or both?

Okay, but if I accept them from my own inbox which is easier will he be able
to tell I have accepted the meetings that appear in his own inbox?
