How to save a copy of a accepted invitaition in the Outlook Inbox?

This is in regards to when I receive an invitation for a meeting in Outlook
2003. When I "accept" the invitation it is automatically sent to the person
who invited me and is entered into my calalender. The problem is no copy is
saved into my inbox. Is it possible to save a copy of this invitation in my
Inbox to quickly glance at for meeting information.

The meeting information isn't in the notes section of the meeting form when
you open it from your Calendar?
