Outlook 2002

I purchased a new Dell Axim. To use this handheld P.C. you must use Outlook
2002 or later. I have all kinds of problems with this program. I have to
restart the program several times to even get it to recieve my email from my
hotmail account. My local P.C. dealer thought that it may be because I was
useing the free Hotmail account but I have purchased hotmail plus. I found a
tool that I had not known about that should have help solve some of the
problems. The Microsoft Office Outlook Connector. Well I followed all the
instructions to the letter then I got to the part where it asked me to type
in my hotmail account and password and it gave me a messege that it did not
have me on record. The program says that it will work with Hotmail plus. You
guys have always came through for me before. And here once again I need you
help. Thank you in advance for any help that you can be.

Pocket Outlook (v. 2000 with PPC2002 and v. 2002 with WM2003)
apparently comes preinstalled on your Dell Axim.
