Outlook 2002 (XP) - HTML Source Edit?

[R-Enemy]

Is there a way you can do a source edit to edit an HTML
email? I know you can can do it with Outlook Express,
there is just the little tab at the bottom to change
views. I've looked everywhere in Outlook XP and can't
find it.
