How do I edit the HTML source in an outlook 2002 email message

I want to view and edit HTML directly in my email in outlook 2002. How do I
do it. I used to use outlook express and there were 3 tabs on the email edit
screen that allowed me to view edit source - preview and normal views. How do
I do the same with outlook 2002?
