Creating an email from an html file

Hello all!

I'd like to have an HTML email templaet to send a weekly status report
to some folks. It would be nice if it was an HTML newsletter style
email. So, I found some good email templates online but was stymied by
trying to figure out how to actually make an email in Outlook 2007
from an HTML file. After flailing around in the Outlook help system
and Google, I even tried to use Outlook Express. I had some seeming
success by going to View --> Source Edit --> Source Tab --> paste HTML
and then editing it a bit. Then I saved it as an .eml file thinking I
could somehow import it into Outlook 2007 but was stymied again. :-\

So how do I create an email in Outlook 2007 from an HTML file?

Thanks!

Great! That worked... now I just have to sort through which page
designs will format correctly within Outlook. Not as many as I had
hoped, but at least I know how to get them into an email now.

Thanks,
