Outlook 2002 - Windows XP sp2 - Error: 501 Permission denied

Hello everybody

I have a problem running Outlook 2002 - Windows XP sp2 .
When trying to change the font format, I have the next message :

"An error has occurred in this dialog.
Error: 501
Permission denied
"

What can I do to stop this message ?

Hi,
are you member of a domain managed by policy? because in this case it`s
possible that you don`t have permissions to make that changes.
If you workstation is standalone workstation ensure that you are logged in
with user with administrative permission.
