Outlook 2002 SP3 Crashes and Shut Down

Hi!
I have a user with Windows XP Professional (Outlook 2002 SP3). Whenever the
user is attempting to access her Inbox (for example) it crashes and shut down
Outlook. I have checked in the event viewer ant I found this error:
"Faulting application outlook.exe, version 10.0.6626.0. faulting module
outllib.dll, version 10.0.6515.0, fault address 0x0003aadf"
Event ID: 1000
Source: Microsoft Office 10
Type: Error
Category: None.

I looked this error in Knowledge Base (microsoft.com) and I found several
problems that generate this error (All the cases talk about the Outlook
client)in event wiever, although no with the concrete symptoms. Support
online sugests to install SP3, but long ago that we have it.

Other errors in Event Wiever:
"Rejected Safe Mode action: Microsoft Outlook"
Event ID: 2001
Source: Microsoft Office 10
Type: Error
Category: None.

"Accepted Safe Mode action: Microsoft Outlook"
Event ID: 200
Source: Microsoft Office 10
Type: Error
Category: None.

Sorry my english (I´m spanish). Any insights would definitely be appreciated.
Thanks.

Is this when the user clicks on the Inbox folder or on startup of Outlook?
Can you start Outlook succesfully when you start it with the /nopreview
command line switch?

OK!!
When I try start outlook again (Start – Run – Outlook.exe /nopreview), I
receive the following warning message: “Outlook failed to sart correctly last
time. Startint Outlook in safe mode will help you correct or isolate a
sarttup problem in order to successfully start the program. Some
functionality may be disabled in this mode. Do you want to start Outlook in
safe mode?â€
When I type “NOâ€, Outlook try start but I receive the error message
immediately: “Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience….†I obtain the same error if I answer YES…
The first time that I started I could sail by the objects (items)of Outlook,
but now always I obtain this answer and I cannot not even see the inbox,
calendar...

This problem only happens to some users. When I start
with another profile of Oulook in that same computer I do not have this
problem!!
I logon with this user, then I configure Outlook profile and then Outlook
Crashes and Shut Down. But I logon with my user (other user) in the same PC
and I haven´t problems...!!!!
Thanks!!

Does it work when you logon and try to create a profile with the mailbox of
the other user? (make sure you've set permissions correctly on that user
object in AD U&C)
