Outlook 2003 crashes while browsing

Hi All,

Outlook 2003 is crashing while browsing the mails.
It is updated with the latest microsoft updates.
I have tried Detect and repair, and re-installing IE8.
In the event viewer, I get following message,

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Microsoft Office 11
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1000
Description:
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8217.0, stamp 480f95d9,
faulting module mshtml.dll, version 8.0.6001.18783, stamp 4a0a5789, debug? 0,
fault address 0x000031d1.

Could you please suggest how to resolve this issue? If this is not the right
place to ask, can you please point me to one?

I have 3 users getting exact same error as well, slightly different version
of the dll. Just started today, no changes to any of the machines.

I got the same problem too. The issue happen on "XP + IE8 + Outlook 2003
with SP3" & "Vista + IE8 + Outlook 2003 with SP3".

I try to close all IE adds-in , but still not work.

Does anyone have good idea ?
