Outlook 2002 - separate user accounts with xp

using xp and outlook 2002, i added a user to my machine (as an xp account). i then opened outlook to set up that users email account, which was successful (user logs in to xp, opens outlook, user's account settings are in place. i log in, mine are in place). the problem is the inbox is mutual between users, all incoming mail to our individual addresses all go into the same inbox. how do i get separate, private inboxes? thanks.

I came to the community to ask about the same question. I would like to get
an answer to this pls.
I'v tried to set an E-mail accoount to one of the users on my computer but
he was able to receive mail, not to send. what should I do resolve this
problem ?

Often caused by failure to authenticate to the outgoing server.
