Outlook 2002 Email scanned forms attachments.

What is the best procedure to attach a preprinted form(example contract) to an email? I have scanned the form with HP software but not working. I think I have setting problems. I am scanning JPG. I need the same size attachment as the original form. Not all recipients have a fax machine.

The HP software does have a email option but looking for other alternative ways or software.

I am scanning it as a picture.

This isn't really an Outlook question. You need to work with your scanner and its software to generate a file with the scanned image. It can be a .jpg, a .tif, or even a .pdf if you have a PDF printer driver. But scanning the document isn't really an issue that Outlook can solve. You might want to contact HP support for help.
