Outlook 2002 Crashes on Startup

It used to work fine, but know upon startup it crashes
with the following details

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 10.0.4510.0,
faulting module msvcrt.dll, version 7.0.2600.1106, fault
address 0x00033e08.

Any ideas?

Have you installed all the service packs for Outlook 2002?
