Outlook2003/Exhange crashing

Hi!

One of my user's MS Office Outlook 2003/Exhange starts crashing. She has
fully updated MS office2003 on XP SP3 updated machine. I ran Repair Office
from ADD/Delete program. Disable all add on, and uninstall antivirus from
the computer, but still Outlook continue to crash. There is error in the
Event Log file:

Description:

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8312.0, stamp 4a403990,

Can somebody please help me with that?

Does it crash in safe mode?

How to:
Start > Run > type: outlook.exe /safe > OK button

The different safe modes may help you identify if it is due to 3rd party
addin, corrupted view, first message the preview pane wants to show is icky,
3rd party toolbar is icky, .etc.

Does the crash happen if you logon to the workstation with a different
userid and open her mailbox? I am hoping this works as it just means that
there is something funky in the registry/her user profile.
