Outlook 2007 crashes

My OL2007 (running on a Windows Vista Home platform) is constantly crashing;
I used the scanpst.exe Inbox repair tool, but that does not seem to help.
Here are the reported errors when it crashes:

Unfortunately, yes. Even when the computer is started in Safe Mode, OL still
crashes!

Did you try running Detect & Repair? (Help menu)

(Sorry, you didn't quote the original post so I can't readily refer to
it)

Have you installed the February Cumulative Update?

Is there a pattern to WHEN it crashes (i.e. When you print? On
Send/receive? Changing folders?)
