I ihave been running into a intersting issue as of late..maybe it's always
been there.

I am a network admin, among other things, and noticed that even when I
delete users and their emails many users still 'see' them in their OL when
thye send an email.

These people do not have them in their contacts and I'm unsure of why this
happens.

Is their some 'cache' file created by OL for the autocomplete that does not
update?

How do I solve this issue?

Is there a way to 'flush' the autocomplete mechanism so old/deleted users
stop showing up there?

Thanks!

Tom

The user can either delete the nickname file (i think it is *.nk2) or when
outlook suggest a name, use the arrow keys to highlight, and then press the
delete key to remove.

I knew there had to be some file somewhere.

Thanks!

I'll give it a shot !

Happy New Year!

Tom
