Let me make sure I understand the problem - when you reply to a message, an
attachment from the path below is added to the reply?

Are you using a signature?
Is word your email editor?

Diane Thanks for your answer

Answer 1.- I have a signature but the signature is shown in all messages
without problem. I've remove the signature and the failure persist.

Answer 2.- My email editor is Word XP (2002)

Thanks again

What is the attachment's file name? if you open it in notepad, can you see
any clues as to where it came from? Do you have headers or footers enabled
in Word? I've seen it add an attachment when they are.

Diane,

The attachment has not a name. The attachment is like an icon without format
and when double click it send a message "Do you want to... save disk or open
it". When choose "open it" send to folder c:\DOCUME~1\username\CONFIG~1\temp
but nothing more. When choose "Save disk" only send the path where want to
save the file.
Note: The email is sending succesfully and the contact's email not show any
attachement

Thanks
Regards

One of our users is experiencing the same issue - I suspect it has something
to do with how outlook and word as the editor interact. I'd appreciate a
solution from Microsoft as well.
