How could I temporally disable Outlook from storing recipient's email address?

Hi,

As stated in the subject, how could I temporally disable Outlook 2003 from
record sent out e-mail recipients?

I use Word 2003's mail merger function and Outlook 2003 as the email client
for distributing subscribed newsletters.

After each distribution, all recipients' e-mail address will be stored by
Outlook and will come out as a suggestion of auto-completion.

My intention is to disable Outlook from storing those email address when I
used it along with the mail merger function. And I can turn it back on when
I am doing normal email sending and receiving.

Is it possible to turn off the automatic storing function?

Thanks for your help.

AFAIK if you mailmerge from Contacts then autocompletion doesn't see those
names.

Hi,

Many thanks, but I usually do it with a local copy of MS Access database
(update from MS SQL), so it's faster.

I don't think that I'd want to import the mail list to contact.

By the way, what is "AFAIK"?

Thanks.

AFAIK = as far as I know.

You could make a separate Contacts Folder for your mailout.

That seems to be a good idea and will try later.

Many thanks for your kind suggestions.
