Outlook 2000

I am running Vista and Outlook 2000 and when I launch outlook the outlook
wizard comes up and tells me Outlook 2000 is not my default E-mail manager
and would I like to make it so. Every single time! Its anoying. Can someone
tell me how to fix it?

Outlook 2000 is not compatible with Vista.

I dont appear to be having any other issues with it at the moment. Are there
other complications i need to worry about?
