I'm running Outlook 2000 on Windows XP. Starting today, Outlook opens, runs
for about ten seconds, then crashes. Every time. I sent an error report to
Microsoft and they tell me I should upgrade. Not very helpful. Now I have
no email program, so I'm stuck. I've rebooted, not helpful. I can't even
delete emails from the inbox, so if someone sent me something that is causing
this, I don't know what that might be. Can it be fixed?
