Outlook 2000 wont complete startup

Im running Vista as an operating system on an IBM PC. Each time Outlook
starts it takes me to the Outlook 2000 startup icon, then it tells me that I
have used another version of outlook previously (which I haven't) and do I
want to use the same configuration. Clicking "No" gives me three choices on
configuration. Clicking "Yes" automatically starts the program. Just before
the program completes it launch, its shuts down "microsoft outlook has stoped
working and will notify you when a solution is found"

Do anyone know what I can do to get the program to complete the launch and
run......?????

Try http://miniburb.wordpress.com/2007/03/07/outlook-2000-on-windows-vista/?

Otherwise, get a newer version of Outlook or reinstall XP since versions
of OL prior to 2003 aren't supported on Vista.
