Need Help completely removing outlook file.

I use Quickbooks pro 2008 and used it to sync to outlook 2000. since then
outlook started behaving badly. It would lock up, not allow me to open
certain contacts and would always give me an error message when I closed
outlook. Also for some strange reason outlook had about 6 different
Quickbooks drop down menus at the top of the screen and only 1 actually
worked. (all other quickbooks menus were empty)
I decided to upgrade to outlook 2003 thinking this would resolve any
issues but when installed it the new file had the same set of drop down
menus. Outlook seemed to be functioning properly but the excessive menus
bugged me. I tried deleting the file and reloading it bet each time i did it
would always come back with the same problem. I completely removed the entire
office suite (both 2000 and 2003) and each time I reinstall it my outlook
file comes back complete with my contact list as well as the multiple outlook
menus.
At this point I would be happy if I could just get a fresh outlook file
to load. With no contacts and no quickbook menus. All I want is an empty
outlook program. As if it were a brand new application on a brand new PC.
Can anyone help me with this?

Use the mail applet in the Control Panel to create a new Profile, add a new
data file & the accounts, test - set prompt for profile, do not copy from
old profile.

Did you try removing your Mail Profile?

Control Panel, Mail, Show Profiles, and remove.

Thanks, this allowed me to open the new file but I still have the issue of
all the quickbook drop down menus. Any Idea how to get rid of these?
