Outlook 2000 won't open

I am having trouble starting Outlook 2000. It was working fine and then
starting yesterday when I double clicked on the icon, it opens where I can
see my inbox, but then immediately closes back to the desktop. There are no
error messgaes. I reinstalled Office and did a repair, but it still doesn't
work. Also checked for viruses, but none were found. Any suggestions would
be appreciated.

I've been haviing the same problem since 01/20. Did you ever figure out
what was wrong?

Today is Friday, Feb 24 2006 and this morning I also starting having the
identical problem.

Win XP SP2. Outlook 2000 with all updates.

Try to launch Outlook 2000, see the splash screen, see my calendar, then
everything goes away.

Tried renaming outcmd.dat - No joy.
Tried renaming outlook.pst - No joy.
Tried Start-Run-Outlook.exe /safe - No joy.

Has anybody gotten any further?
