I have a user that cannot display new e-mial into her inbox. She needs to
close Outlook, reopen Outlook and new messages showup. I have checked all
options and made sure she was working "online". I have uninstalledand
reinstalled MS Office/Outlook to no avail. What gives?
It appears to be happening when she is VPN/VNC'ing or WEBEX e-mails from
anothers machine to herself and occasionally just plain internal e-mails. The
e-mails will either delay or just not appear until she closes Outlook and
reopens. She does not have any rules setup?
