Outlook 2000 Rule Wizard

I have setup a rule wizard in outlook 2000 to forward mail
to another person. This works fine when the mail is sent
internally to the mailbox which has the rule wizard but
when sending a message from an external account (ie
Hotmail) it does not forward the message. Does anyone know
why this is happening? Thanks
 
Not related to the operating system - try an Outlook
newsgroup.
