Outlook 2000 - Mail

Somebody in my office is using outlook 2000... he tried to send two e-mails
last Friday and then shut down outlook prior to them being sent. Now when we
try to go into outlook it simply starts to look for the server (probably to
send/recv e-mails) and then just hangs up.. the only way out is to go to task
manager and then it says outlook not responding.. then you end task. Any
suggestions ???

Are the two emails stuck in the Outbox? If so, you can troubleshoot using the
advice listed here:

Does this person use a PST? OST? Synch software for a handheld? Anti-spam
software? Antivirus? Exchange or POP3?
