Outlook 2000 - Emails repeatedly sending on their own...

We have a user on the network who seems to be sending out emails repeatedly
to other users. He only sent the message once, but then Outlook decides to
keep sending out the email throughout the day. There doesn't seem to be any
increment pattern you will just recieve the same email you already read from
him or 4 times a day. Any idea as to why this is happening?
