After configureing the autoarchive feature to save my email older than 30
days to a pst file, I can't find the old email from my inbox. Other folders
are complete, including subfolders of the inbox.

The archive was created while outlook was setup in Corporate/workgroup mode,
in order to move an abundance of email off my server. Testing at that point
showed everything was ok. I then changed Outlook to POP mode, and inported
the archived email. I didn't immedietly check, but when I looked later the
email in the inbox was only that less than 30 days old.

I verified that the delete rather than archive option was NOT set. The email
was in the autoarchived specified pst file. now its not. What happened to it?

If the origonal autoarchive pst file is available, on your hd, in OL
File/Open/Personal Folders.....browse to location.
Then check the resulting Personal Folder for your mail, if what you seek is
not there then the archive process was not set up correctly in the first
place.

PS or your looking at the wrong archive pst
