Hi
I've recently installed service pack 2 for windows XP, and Outlook doesn't
seem to be working right any more. I dont recieve any email until I do
something in outlook, like selecting a different folder or refreshing. I've
tried installing all the updates for outlook and office 2000. any ideas?

HI Dan,
have you checked the firewall settings?

hi
The firewall settings check out all right. It only seems to be affecting XP
Clients. And the mail does get through, you just have to refresh outlook.

If you are using Exchange service, try to disable "Use Exchange Cached Mode"
from the account properties.

Regards,
Cristian
