Outllook address problem

As anyone noticed that when you click "New Contact" in a Contacts folder
then click "Address" a window opens up to allow you to enter the first 2 or
3 lines of the address, when these are exported as a mail merge to say excel
or word they do not export as separate fields example "22 MortimerStOldham"
should read be 2 seperate lines not joined togeteher?
This make for much work when you have a big database? is this a problem in
Outlook or can it be fixed? Thanks Keith

Addresses in Outlook are composed of a sum of its parts (i.e. street, state,
country etc) and when exported are exported as a single field with line
breaks in the address field (which is valid when using an address for a mail
merge but may not be valid for other uses). Outlook does not export the
individual fields.
How are you parsing the address elements when you create the merge?

Not possible. You have to construct your merge. Outlook will not do that for
you. Neither will Word.
