I am using Outlook 2003 and windows XP All was fine until today.
I can receive emails but sent ones remain in the outbox. I get a message

Task 'mail.btinternet.com - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The
connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact
your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

I have outgoing server requires authentication ticked and have tried both
"Use same settings as incoming server" and "log onto incoming server before
sending mail".

When i do "test accout settings" it sendsthe test email fine

I have set outlook as an exception for the firewall and tried disabling the
virus software

Any suggestions please

I have just tried another machine on the network with a different outlook
profile and the same thing happens there. I am puzzles as all was OK
yesterday and as far as i know nothing has changed. Does this mean that
something is wrong with the router settings or is it a problem with my ISP. I
am still getting mail coming in fine
