"Out of Office" not prompting user to turn it off.

We have MS Outlook 2003. We have a few users who say that their out is not
prompting them to turn off their "Out of Office" when they open outlook. I
have done a “detect and repair†with no success and it does not happen every
day.

We also have users that say they turn of their "Out of Office" and it keeps
turning back on. All of our Servers have Server 2003 and the Exchange Server
has Exchange 2003.

Any ideas as to what I can try to resolve this? Your help is much
appreciated.

I also have this issue with both Outlook 2002 and 2003. Running
Outlook /cleanrules helps for a bit, but the problem returns after a
while. Anyone ever resolve this problem? Thanks
