Office Assistant not prompting to turn off

When opening up another users mailbox on a citrix server, i don't get the
prompt "out of office assistant is turned on, would you like to turn off,
Yes/No".
This feature use to work and does work on our other citrix server.
We are running MS Outlook 2003 on MS Exchange 2000.

Any help would be much appreciated

Does it work for the same mailbox on another server? Can you succesfully
enable/disable OOF on that server?

Yes, its works on the other server. It does it for all mailbox's, not just
one.
