I have a user who had changed her Out look password and could not be able to
log in back to out look and access her email with the new password. She
changed it because it prompted her to change her password. In our system out
look only requirs the domail password. If you log in to the network, you
should be able to access out look. Is there a way to reset the password. We
don't want to create a new account.
