setting up email accounts

i am trying to set up outlook under my wifes user and it keeps asking for her
password to the network. i am typing the password she uses to access her
email but it still wont let me in. can multiple users on a single computer
use outlook.

Use the webmail interface to her account to ensure you are using the
correct login credentials.

Some e-mail providers require you just enter your username as part of
your login credentials. Some require the username be your e-mail
address with that provider. You did not mention WHO is the e-mail
provider.

Yahoo just added more domains to their e-mail service. Used to be just
yahoo.com (or yahoo.co.<tld> where tld is a top-level country domain,
like "uk"). They've added ymail.com and rocketmail.com. Now you have
to specify your e-mail *address* when logging in because they won't know
for which domain your account exists with just the username.
