OTish: Making NET Traffic Meter stay minimized

Hi,

I downloaded NET Traffic Meter V1.6 to monitor how much I was
downloading, and it does this perfectly well. However it keeps on
popping up a graph showing my download speeds and upload speeds whenever
I'm on the net, and I've no desire to see this whatsoever.

Does anyone know how I can make it stop this; I've tried going through
the options but I can't see anything relevant. Thanks in advance

Sorry, never tried NTM, but I will.

This is also O/T-ish, but have you tried NetMeter? It's perfectly well
behaved, and runs from 1 file with no install.

Tried NetMeter but NTM seems like a more rounded product. Downloaded the
new version of NTM and that seemed to fix my problem though.
