program that lists URLs of currently downloading files?

Hi there. I'm wondering if there is a program that will list the URL of any
file currently downloading through your browser.

The main reason I want this feature is to easily grab the url of downloading
quicktime files, which are often hard to get at.

Naviscope does have this feature, but it also has a bunch of stuff I don't
need and has a space occupying toolbar that gets in the way.

I'm really only interested in the ability to grab urls and also a
meter/graph for download speeds. Does anyone know if there is a simpler
program than Naviscope that will do these 2 things (though the download
meter is not that important as there are other programs that do this)?

I believe Naviscope phones home on occasion.
