I'm using Palm Desktop version 4.1 with the HotSync
Manager version 4.10. I'm using this with a Palm Vx PDA.
I did have version 3.x but after your comment below I went
to Palm's website and found the upgrades, but
unfortunately, they did not resolve the problem.
Any more suggestions?

Kurt

What software are you using for synching? Most manufacturers have updated
their software to avoid this prompt.

| Hello,
|
| I was wondering if there is a way to disable the following
| message from appearing whenever a program (Accounting
| Software or PDA software) tries to access Outlook to send
| an email on it's behalf:
|
| "A program is trying to access e-mail you have stored in
| Outlook. Do you want to allow this?
|
| If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should
| choose "No"."
|
| This message appears everytime I sync my PDA with Outlook
| or I send an invoice to a customer using Simply
| Accounting". Very annoying.
|
| Anyone have any ideas? I'd greatly appreciate it.
|
| Regards,
| Kurt
