HotSync with Palm

I have been using Palm and Outlook since 1999 and with no real trouble
installed either a new Palm or a new PC every other year - until now... My
Palm TX is about 1,5 years old and I have had it installed on my old laptop
and in April this year I successfully installed it on a new laptop running
Vista, then the other day I started a new job, hence new PC, so I first moved
my old data in calendar, tasks, notes and contacts via pst files to the
outlook account at work - then I installed the Palm software (even the latest
updated version from the internet/Palm) .- and then it does not HotSync...
well I think it is really just Calendar it just doesn't HotSync - I tried
with Handheld overwrites Desktop but noooop - what happens is that instead it
deletes from calendar on the desktop (although not all but about 2/3)..... at
my last attempt I got the below messages in the log. Since I know that the
Palm and its software is ok since I am at the same time using it at my laptop
at home (and it is set to Hot Sync with multiple PCs) there must be something
with Outlook at my office PC... but IT support here are just scratching their
thinner and thinner heads. Please anyone?????
