OT: Virtual Burner

Hi,

Does anyone know of a virtual CD-Burner software for Windows XP? I have a
few software packages that write directly to CDs/DVDs instead or allowing
you to create images. I have to burn it on a read CD/DVD and then use a ISO
creating software to make the image. I rather not have to waste real CDs.
Any ideas?

What cd writing apps do you have? Most all I've used will create an image.

I have some Sony VCD Apps that capture from my Sony DV CAM and directly
create a VCD to a burner without giving you an option to create ISO.
