OT: Opera set up problem

Hi Peeps,

I know this is off topic, but since there's been a few postings about
Opera on here lately, I thought I would give you people a try first. If
I click on a URL link from an e-mail (Thunderbird), the URL opens up in
Opera OK, but there's also another Opera window that opens up too
showing my home page. Any ideas please?

Click on Tools, the Preferences. The first page, first box, is your start
page. Change it to "Start with no pages" and see if that helps.

I'm glad your problem is solved!

You know that Opera has forums that you can access with questions.
They're pretty good over there. On some installs, you can press
alt-spacebar to go to Opera's main page and access the forums.
