OT- expired links unexpectedly

I get the free Fred Langa newsletter several times a week. It has lots of
excellent IMO technical computing advice, frequent mention of some of the
freeware here on ACF.

This AM, got the latest newsletter. All the links in it say this:

"Sorry, the redirect link you clicked on has expired. Please refresh the
page you clicked from and try again."

How does this happen on a current newsletter?

My server Copper.net is fine for other browsing at the same time.

It seems to be a temporary problem with his links. 4 hours later, most work
OK again. But in 6 years, never saw that on his links.
