OT : Blog Recommendations?

Hiya,

I've been thinking of starting a blog but thought I'ld ask here first
for any recommendations and/or advice.

I would like start a Science/Evolution Blog which:

1) Allows HTML & Pics
2) Allows visitors to leave comments
3) Lets me add rss feeds from (for example) my Yahoo group
4) Is indexed by search engines
5) Can email entries to
6) Maybe lets 'easy' posting of info from web pages

Er, think that's it for now - any ideas please?

I'm not sure if this is what you want. I have 20 invites if anyone wants
one.

I really don't know much about it. I received an invite and poked around
for awhile.
Take a look at it, check it out and if anyone wants an invite send a

No need for blog software John. My blog satisfies everything but leaving
comments, but I got around that by declaring you need to contact by e-
mail www.manitoulinislandindex.com/blog.html

I suggest that you read my review at:

This will meet all your requirements except search engines. There
really is no blog that is automatically indexed by search engines
though. My review has some ideas on ways that will help though.
