original services settings

Not knowing what I was doing I changed, disabled or deleted some services that I thought were related to spy ware or something. My computor has not run right since. I would change everything back but I don't know what I cahnged. Can I restore them back to the default settings?

Go to Start > Run and type: MSCONFIG , and hit enter.
Under the General tab, check "Normal Startup - load all device drivers and services",
click "apply" and reboot.
