probles after running verius and spy ware scan

after i run live one and it gets ride of the spy ware i can not get into my
pictures. when i click on my doc. and got to my pictures, my music ect. i get
the serch box. i have tried to restore my computer to an earler time but as
soon as i run the program again everything starts acting up again. can any
one help me to put things back the way it was? thanks so very much
