Spy-ware removal

I have found a folder named "FSW" that I believe is spy-ware. I have scanned
with ad-aware 6, it does not recognize this as bogus; an outside scan
through ZoneAlarm picked up on it but would not remove it. I'd like to
remove it safely, how does one go about this.

TIA

If you have not already updated the Adaware reference files do so and run it again

Download a copy of SPYBOT Search & Destroy, give the creator a couple of bucks cause it will save your butt time and time agai
Update the reference files before you run it

Download a copy of SPYWAREBLASTER which will set up a firewall of sorts to prevent the spy and adware from being downloaded in the first place.

If these don't work then go to http://forums.net-integration.net/index.php?showforum=32 and download a copy of HijackThis. Run the program and send the resulting log back to the Net-integration forum. Do Not try to remove the entries in the log file without first sending it to the forum.
